Upgraded telephone system

In an effort to ease the burden trying to get through on the telephone at peak times, we now have a call waiting system in place.
You will notice when you call the surgery if all our available receptionists are on calls you will be placed in a queue and you will be answered as soon as the next person is available. This should ease the problems of having to redial several times due to an engaged tone.
We do hope our patients find this better and we continue to try and improve services wherever possible.
