Medication Requests Posted or Updated on 29 Nov 2022

Please note when ordering your medication we would be obliged if you could make your request in writing (this helps avoid errors and does not block the phone lines)

There are a number of ways to do this:

• drop a note into the postbox at the surgery or either of the Davidsons Pharmacies
• email to TAY.amcprescriptions@nhs.scot - stating medication requirements, date of birth, name and address, preferred pharmacy
• via patient online services (registration for this service is required, please ask reception for details)

We require 2 working days for repeat prescriptions and 3 working days for special requests (medication not on your repeat medication list)
