This practice has always enjoyed close co-operation between the surgery staff and yourselves. Please continue to help us help you. If you have any suggestions or difficulties over our delivery of service, please do not hesitate to tell us. Mrs Lavinia Peebles, Practice Manager will be pleased to speak with you at a mutually convenient time.

Any complaint will be investigated promptly and thoroughly and you will be informed of the findings.

This team will be able to give impartial advice and support but it must be made clear that NHS Tayside cannot assume responsibility for either the circumstances leading to the complaint or for the resolution of the complaint as this rests solely with the GP practice.
