The Primary Care Mental Health and Well-Being Team have resumed their service within the GP surgery. Appointments can be over the telephone or face to face and you can arrange an appointment with your mental health and well-being nurse by calling reception at the surgery to make an appointment.
The appointment will last up to 45 minutes where you will get the chance to discuss your concerns relating to your well-being and the nurse will help you to identify what might be helpful for you.
